Two Step Farm is a 511-acre mixed-use master-planned community located in Montgomery County. At full build-out, the project will include over 4,000 residential units as well as various amenities. The Phase 1 Project Area will include 1,087 single-family residential units and amenities such as a dance hall, community farm, and trails/open space. Only the Phase 1 Project Area is pledged to the Series 2024 bonds. The project is being developed by Oxland Group, LLC, and Jen Partners, LLC.
