This financing includes a pooled issuance for two projects developed by Johnson Development Services: Nolina in Williamson County and Sorella in Houston's extra-territorial jurisdiction. Nolina is a mixed-use master-planned community with 1,341 single-family residential units, 11 acres of commercial, and 18 acres of build-for-rent properties. Sorella is a residential master-planned community with 858 single-family homes and community amenities. 410 homes are pledged to the Series 2024 Bonds.
