Briarwood is a 205-acre primarily residential development planned to include 774 single-family residential units, 146 townhomes, 6 acres of commercial development, 33 acres of parks, and a 2.7-acre lakefront amenity center. Park Place is a 76-acre mixed-use development planned to include 234 townhomes, 300 multi-family units, 7 acres of commercial, a 37-acre park, and an 18-hole disc golf course. The projects are being developed by Ashton Gray Development and are located within Briarwood Municipal Utility District.
