Alpha Ranch is a 1,991-acre mixed-use master-planned community located in Denton and Wise Counties. The development is entirely within the Alpha Ranch Water Control and Improvement District. At full build-out, Alpha Ranch is anticipated to include 4,434 single-family residential units, 800 multi-family units, and 1,100,000 square feet of commercial space. The project is being developed by Centurion American in partnership with Scarborough Lane Development.
